Monthly report for October 2025

    In October, ArdorBG's revenue was 54,000 Ignis (53,900 Ignis from grid trading and 100 Ignis from investments). In October we paid two dividends totaling 30,000 Ignis.
   Our expenses were worth 3,000 Ignis, which we use to boosting our posts through XTend.
   Regarding the 194,000 sold warrants, we have issued the corresponding number of ArdorBG assets, they will not enter circulation until the warrants start being subscribed. We are still far from entering the price, but we are preparing for the subscription. Despite the buyback and withdrawal of shares from circulation, the warrants will have a dilutive effect, which we are fighting even before the subscription begins. We will start destroying the bought back shares and reduce the total number of ArdorBG assets.

ArdorBG Forging Pool

    ArdorBG Forging Pool - suspended!      We decided to offer a forging pool through which Ardor holders who do not have their own forging node can lease their balance and earn in return from asset ArdorBG.  When you lease or forge on Ardor none of your tokens are locked. You can always use them when you want.       Our offer is this: Lease your Ardor balance at ARDOR-X55Q-HC52-P96P-CCGH5 and every week on an unspecified day you will receive 0.01 ArdorBG asset for every 10,000 Ardor (or if you lease 80,000 Ardor, every week you will earn 0.08 ArdorBG). This is the minimum offer. If we notice that our Forging Pool earns more fees and allows us to allocate more of the asset ArdorBG, we will do so.      As you know the Ardor blockchain fees are not high and we sponsor the forge pool.

Hedged Assets

    " Hedged Assets" is our new innovative approach that we implemented in Ardor.      Objectives: 1. Creating new trading pairs. 2. Increasing Ignis trading volumes. 3. Increasing ArdorBG grid trading profits. 4. Increasing Ignis deflationary pressure.      Ignis delisting from the CEX and almost no trading volumes made us consider integrating assets into Ardor, but due to the complexity of the bridges, the need for developers, the dangers of hacks, and regulatory requirements, the task was overwhelming for us. Therefore, we decided to use a hedging method in Ignis. To do this, we need three main players: 1. Asset issuer 2. Market Maker 1, which we will call "MM" 3. Market Maker 2, which we will call "ArdorBG"      The task of the Asset Issuer is to issue the necessary assets in which to hedge.
